Amendment of United States Area Navigation (RNAV) Routes; Eastern United States

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) proposes to amend two RNAV Q-routes in the eastern United States to support the Little Rock, AR (LIT) VORTAC Relocation Project and NextGen, a modern RNAV route structure aimed at improving the efficiency of the National Airspace System (NAS).
