الملخص

This Interim Final Rule implements Section 5(b) of the Transportation Recall Enhancement, Accountability, and Documentation (TREAD) Act by specifying the time period and manner for correction of improper reports and failures to report to the Secretary of Transportation (Secretary) relating to safety defects in motor vehicles and motor vehicle equipment.
