الملخص

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed on a final rule to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by removing guidance and address information that applies solely to DOD contractors for more appropriate insertion into the Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS). The language being removed provides Defense Technical Information Center (DTIC) address information, and instructs contractors to submit copies of scientific and technical reports resulting from DOD contracts to DTIC. This regulatory action was not subject to Office of Management and Budget review under Executive Order 12866, dated September 30, 1993.
