DOD, GSA, and NASA Agree on FAR Amendment to Remove Defense-Specific Guidance

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed on a final rule to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation by removing guidance related to Defense Technical Information Center address information, which will be moved to the Defense FAR Supplement, and eliminating the requirement for contractors to submit scientific and technical reports to DTIC.
