In accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974, the Department of Homeland Security proposes to revise an existing Department of Homeland Security system of records notice titled "DHS/USCIS-004 Verification Information System" system of records and republish it as "DHS/USCIS- 004 Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements Program" system of records.
