In accordance with section 122(g) of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980 (CERCLA), notice is hereby given by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Region 3, of a proposed settlement agreement (Settlement) pursuant to CERCLA with Anita J. Miller (Settling Party) relating to the Baghurst Drive Superfund Site (Site), located in Upper Salford Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.
