This ROD identifies the selected alternative for GOM Lease Sale 259, which is analyzed in the Gulf of Mexico OCS Lease Sales 259 and 261: Final Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (GOM Lease Sales 259 and 261 Supplemental EIS).
