Advisory Committee on the Medical Uses of Isotopes: Meeting Notice

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) will convene a meeting of the Advisory Committee on the Medical Uses of Isotopes (ACMUI) on April 8-9, 2024. A sample of agenda items to be discussed include: a review of recent medical events; a review of prescription error reduction methods; and a review of several NRC draft licensing guidance documents for the Eye90 microsphere device, the Akesis Galaxy RTi unit, and the LV Liberty Vision Y-90 episcleral brachytherapy source. The agenda is subject to change.
