The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is considering an application for the renewal of Source and Byproduct Materials License No. SUA-1600, which authorizes Powertech (USA) Inc. to operate the Dewey-Burdock Uranium In-Situ Recovery Facility (Dewey-Burdock Project)--a facility that has not been constructed.
