In compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, the FAA invites the general public, industry and other governmental parties to comment about its intention to request the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to reinstate the information collection request (ICR) OMB No. 2120-0705, Hazardous Materials Training Requirements. The ICR previously approved by OMB expired on July 31, 2022. The Federal Register Notice with a 60-day comment period soliciting comments that was published on June 10, 2022 received no public comments.
