In accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 (NEPA), as amended, the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has prepared a Draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the Proposed Over The River TM Art Project (Over The River TM Draft EIS) and by this notice is announcing the opening of the comment period.
