The Coast Guard proposes establishing a temporary safety zone in the navigable waters near Crescent City, CA in support of the Crescent City 4th of July Fireworks on July 4, 2013. This safety zone is necessary to ensure the safety of participants and spectators from the dangers associated with the pyrotechnics. The safety zone will temporarily restrict vessel movement within the designated area on July 4, 2013, from 9:30 p.m. until 10:15 p.m.
