Notice of Issuance of Final Determination Concerning Generation II Military Energizer Flashlights

This document provides notice that U.S. Customs and Border Protection ("CBP") has issued a final determination concerning the country of origin of the Generation II military Energizer flashlight, with light-emitting diodes. Based upon the facts presented, CBP has concluded in the final determination that China is the country of origin of the Generation II military Energizer flashlight, for purposes of U.S. Government procurement.
