Wooden Bedroom Furniture From the People's Republic of China: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Changed Circumstances Review

On July 30, 2007, the Department of Commerce ("Department") issued its preliminary results in the changed circumstances review of the antidumping duty order on wooden bedroom furniture ("WBF") from the People's Republic of China ("PRC"). See Wooden Bedroom Furniture from the People's Republic of China: Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Changed Circumstances Review, 72 FR 41492 (July 30, 2007) ("Preliminary Results"). For these final results, we continue to find that Tradewinds Furniture Ltd. is the successor-in-interest to Nanhai Jiantai Woodwork Co. ("Nanhai Jiantai"), and that Tradewinds International Enterprise Ltd. ("Tradewinds Intl") is not the successor-in-interest to Nanhai Jiantai's affiliated exporter, Fortune Glory Industrial Limited ("Fortune Glory").
