This notice publishes the Lac Vieux Desert Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indians' Liquor Control Ordinance. The Ordinance regulates and controls the possession, sale and consumption of liquor within the Lac Vieux Desert Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indians' Reservation. The Reservation is located on trust land and this Ordinance allows for the possession and sale of alcoholic beverages within the exterior boundaries of the Lac Vieux Desert Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indians' Reservation.
