In accordance with section 102(2)(c) of the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 and regulations at 40 CFR Parts 1500-1508, the Bureau of Land Management, Elko Field Office, has prepared a Draft EIS on the effects of three multiple use decisions on sensitive avian species in Elko County, Nevada.
