WTO Dispute Settlement Proceeding Regarding United States-Subsidies and Other Domestic Support for Corn and Other Agricultural Products

The Office of the United States Trade Representative ("USTR") is providing notice that on June 7, 2007, Canada requested the establishment of a dispute settlement panel under the Marrakesh Agreement Establishing the World Trade Organization ("WTO Agreement") regarding U.S. domestic support measures for corn and other agricultural products. That request may be found at: http://www.wto.org contained in a document designated as WT/DS357/11. USTR invites written comments from the public concerning the issues raised in this dispute.
