This document announces availability of and starts a 30-day public comment period for the report of the Food Quality Protection Act (FQPA) Tolerance Reassessment and Risk Management Decision (TRED) for Oryzalin. EPA has reassessed the existing tolerances for oryzalin and completed a reregistration eligibility decision for oryzalin use on turf.
