NMFS has received an application from the City of San Diego, CA to take small numbers of marine mammals, by harassment, incidental to wall replacement and bluff improvement projects at La Jolla, CA. Under the Marine Mammal Protection Act (MMPA), NMFS is requesting comments on its proposal to issue an incidental harassment authorization to the City of San Diego, for 1 year.
