Certain Corrosion-Resistant Carbon Steel Flat Products From Japan: Initiation and Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Changed Circumstances Review and Intent To Revoke, in Part

In accordance with 19 CFR 351.216(b), Taiho Corporation of America (Taiho) filed a request for a changed circumstances review of the antidumping duty order on certain corrosion-resistant carbon steel flat products from Japan with respect to 24 products lined with a bushing alloy as defined below. In response to this request, the Department of Commerce is initiating a changed circumstances review and issuing a notice of preliminary intent to revoke in part the order on certain corrosion-resistant carbon steel flat products from Japan with respect to corrosion-resistant carbon steel coil. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
