Notice is hereby given that the Federally owned invention disclosed in U.S. Patent Application No. 10/146,616 "Bio-Based Method for Making Mannitol", filed May 15, 2002, is available for licensing and that the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service, intends to grant to zuChem, Inc. of Chicago, Illinois, an exclusive license to this invention.
