Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards

The Department of Labor (DOL or Department) is making technical amendments to regulations most recently finalized on December 30, 2015. This document updates cross-references and terminology used in the Department's regulations to conform to changes made to the Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance) on August 13, 2020. All regulatory language included here is consistent with either the policies in the Uniform Guidance or the Department's existing policies and practices.
