Approval and Promulgation of Air Quality Implementation Plans; Maryland; Control of Emissions of Volatile Organic Compounds From Consumer Products

EPA is taking direct final action to approve revisions to the Maryland State Implementation Plan (SIP). The revisions pertain to the control of volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions from consumer products. EPA is approving these revisions to the Maryland SIP in accordance with the requirements of the Clean Air Act.
