Preliminary Results, Intent to Partially Rescind and Postponement of Final Results of Countervailing Duty Administrative Review: Stainless Steel Sheet and Strip in Coils from the Republic of Korea

The Department of Commerce (the Department) is conducting an administrative review of the countervailing duty (CVD) order on stainless steel sheet and strip in coils from the Republic of Korea for the period January 1, 2000, through December 31, 2000. For information on the net subsidy for the reviewed company, see the "Preliminary Results of Review" section of this notice. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
