摘要
The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that Tejawat Organic Foods (Tejawat) made sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value during the period of review (POR), May 1, 2023, through April 30, 2024. Additionally, Commerce is rescinding this administrative review with respect to 114 companies under review. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results of review.
