The Department of the Navy hereby gives notice of its intent to grant to American Pipe Lining, Inc., a revocable, nonassignable, exclusive license in the United States to practice the Government-owned invention described in U.S. Patent No. 5,707,702, entitled "Epoxy Pipelining Composition and Method of Manufacture," issued January 13, 1998.
