摘要

Notice is hereby given that a complaint was filed with the U.S. International Trade Commission on December 4, 2000 under section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, 19 U.S.C. 1337, on behalf of Alloc, Inc. of Racine Wisconsin, Berry Finance N.V. of Oostrozebeke, Belgium, and Valinge Aluminum, AB of Viken, Sweden. A supplement to the Complaint was filed on December 22, 2000. The complaint, as supplemented, alleges violations of section 337 in the importation into the United States, the sale for importation, and the sale within the United States after importation of certain flooring products by reason of infringement of claims 1-3, 5, 6, 8-12, 14, 15, 17-36, 38-40 and 41 of U.S. Letters Patent 5,860,267 and claims 1-14 of U.S. Letters Patent 6,023,907. The complaint further alleges that an industry in the United States exists and/or is in the process of being established as required by subsection (a)(2) of section 337. The complainants request that the Commission institute an investigation and, after a hearing, issue a permanent exclusion order and permanent cease and desist orders.
