2000 Biennial Regulatory Review, Amendment of Parts 43 and 63 of the Commission's Rules

This document solicits comments on proposed changes to several of the rules relating to international telecommunications services. The Commission initiated this proceeding to determine what rules could be modified or eliminated in light of competition in international telecommunications services. This proceeding is part of the Commission's year 2000 biennial regulatory review. The Commission believes that these proposals will remove unnecessary burdens on the public and the agency.
