Certain Welded Carbon Steel Pipes and Tubes From Thailand: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review

On April 13, 1999, the Department of Commerce published the preliminary results of the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Thailand. This review covers one producer/exporter, Saha Thai Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. (``Saha Thai'') and the period March 1, 1997 through February 28, 1998. We gave interested parties an opportunity to comment on the preliminary results as discussed in the ``Analysis of Comments'' section below. Based on our analysis of comments received, we have made certain changes for the final results. The final weighted-average dumping margin is listed below in the section ``Final Results of the Review.''
