Memorandum of Understanding Between the Food and Drug Administration and the United States Department of Agriculture

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is providing notice of a memorandum of understanding (MOU) between the FDA and the United States Department of Agriculture, Food Safety and Inspection Service. The purpose of the MOU is to facilitate an exchange of information between the agencies about establishments and operations that are subject to the jurisdiction of both agencies.
