Brake Rotors From the People's Republic of China: Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty New Shipper Administrative Review

In response to a request from six exporters, 1 the Department of Commerce is conducting a new shipper administrative review of the antidumping duty order of brake rotors from the People's Republic of China (``PRC'') published on April 17, 1997 (see 62 FR 18740).
