本地自动翻译 · 来源原始语言

摘要

In response to a request by Saha Thai Steel Pipe Company, Ltd. (``Saha Thai''), and its affiliated exporter S.A.F. Pipe Export Co., Ltd., (``SAF''), and two importers, Ferro Union Inc. (``Ferro Union''), and ASOMA Corp. (``ASOMA''), the Department of Commerce (``the Department'') is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Thailand. This review covers the following manufacturer/exporter of the subject merchandise to the United States: Saha Thai/SAF. The period of review (POR) is March 1, 1996 through February 29, 1997. We received comments on the preliminary results and rebuttal comments from the petitioners and respondent. Based on our analysis of comments received, we have calculated a margin for Saha Thai. The final weighted-average dumping margins are listed below in the section entitled Final Results of Review.
