This issuance sets forth the individual revised allotments to States for Fiscal Year 1999, pursuant to title XX of the Social Security Act, as amended (Act). The initial Federal Register notice was published on November 21, 1997 based on the authorization level of $2.380 billion. The grant awards for Fiscal Year 1999 will be issued based upon the appropriation amount of $1.190 billion.
