Establishment of Port of Entry at Spirit of St. Louis Airport

This document amends the Customs Regulations pertaining to the field organization of Customs by designating a port of entry at the Spirit of St. Louis Airport in St. Louis County, Missouri. This designation is pursuant to Congressional direction in Public Law 104- 208.
