Cut-to-Length Carbon Steel Plate From Belgium: Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review

In response to requests from petitioners and respondent, the Department of Commerce (``the Department'') is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on Cut-to-Length Carbon Steel Plate from Belgium (58 FR 44164). This review covers one manufacturer and exporter of the subject merchandise. The period of review (``POR'') is August 1, 1995 through July 31, 1996. We preliminarily determine that a de minimis dumping margin of 0.22 percent exists for Fabrique de Fer de Charleroi during the POR. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results. Parties who submit argument in this proceeding are requested to submit with the argument: (1) A statement of the issue; and (2) a brief summary of the argument.
