Pursuant to section 102(2)(C) of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) of 1969, as amended, the Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) proposes to conduct a study to identify alternatives to the current allocation of space in Prineville Reservoir and to evaluate the alternatives, including no action, in an environmental impact statement (EIS).
