In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (44 U.S.C. 3051, 3506(c)(2)(A)), the FHWA solicits comment on its intent to request the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to reinstate the expired information collection for FHWA's Transportation of Hazardous Materials, Highway Routing.
