DuPont Chemicals and White Pigments and The Dow Chemical Co.; Filing of Food Additive Petition

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is announcing that DuPont Chemicals and White Pigments, and The Dow Chemical Co., has jointly filed a petition proposing that the food additive regulations be amended to provide for the safe use of monoisopropanolamine as a dispersant for pigments intended to be used either as fillers or colorants in food-contact paper and paperboard.
