Time: Monday, October 28, 1996, 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 29, 1996, 8:30 a.m.-12:00 noon. Proposed Agenda: Work on the Board's 1996 Annual Report, the Board's Workplan for 1997, and status briefings on EMI's programs.
