Small Takes of Marine Mammals Incidental to Specified Activities; U.S. Coast Guard

Under the Marine Mammal Protection Act (MMPA), NMFS has received a request from the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) for a small take of certain marine mammal species incidental to USCG vessel and aircraft operations off the U.S. Atlantic shoreline over the next 5 years.
