Consistent with the provisions of the Federal Advisory Committee Act (Pub. L. 92-463, 86 Stat. 770), notice is hereby given of the following advisory committee teleconference of the Secretary of Energy Advisory Board. The purpose of the teleconference is to discuss whether to approve a letter report dated September 26, 1996, from the Task Force on the Arms Control and Nonproliferation Implications of Fissile Materials Disposition Alternatives to the Secretary of Energy Advisory Board.
