The Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co.; Filing of Food Additive Petition

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is announcing that the Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co. has filed a petition proposing that the food additive regulations be amended to provide for the expanded safe use of butylated reaction product of p-cresol and dicyclopentadiene for use as an antioxidant in acrylonitrile/butadiene/styrene copolymers in contact with food.
