A special local regulation is being adopted for the Airshow on the River which will be held on the Lower Mississippi River near Memphis, Tennessee on September 2, 1995. This regulation is needed to control vessel traffic in the immediate vicinity of the event. The regulation will restrict general navigation in the regulated area for the safety of spectators, participants and through traffic.
