Recreational Use Restrictions for the Fisher Creek Area, Colorado

This order closes and restricts certain recreational uses and activities on approximately 1,040 acres of reconveyed public land in the Glenwood Springs Resource Area, Grand Junction District. It establishes an Off Highway Vehicle (OHV) use designation pursuant 43 CFR 8341.2(a), and establishes rules of conduct pursuant 43 CFR 8464.1 for the use of motorized and non-motorized mechanized vehicles, cross country skiing, camping, and dogs. The affected public land is generally located in T 6 S, R 88 W Sec 35 S\1/2\SW\1/4\ portion south of County Rd. 115, Sec 36 SW\1/4\SE\1/ 4\; T 7 S, R 88 W, Sec 1 N\1/2\ portion west of County Rd. 114, N\1/ 2\SW\1/4\, NW\1/4\SE\1/4\, Sec 2 S\1/2\NE\1/4\, NW\1/4\NE\1/4\, NW\1/ 4\, N\1/2\S\1/2\, Sec 3 E\1/2\NE\1/4\, 6th P. M., Garfield County.
