Revision of Department of Transportation Acquisition Regulation

The Department is revising the Transportation Acquisition Regulation (TAR) to make minor editorial or administrative corrections including changes to the TAR Matrix to adhere to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) guidance for incorporating provisions and clauses in solicitations and contracts by reference to the maximum practical extent.
