Privacy Act of 1974; Update of Existing Notices of Systems of Records

The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) has conducted a comprehensive review of all Internal and Central Privacy Act systems of records. This notice publishes updates to the Internal and Central systems of records, last published in complete form in April 1993. This notice proposes the adoption of a ``Prefatory Statement of Routine Uses for OPM's Internal and Central Systems of Records.''
