Removal of Chapter 201, Federal Information Resources Management Regulation, From Title 41Public Contracts and Property Management

This amendment removes Chapter 201, Federal Information Resources Management Regulation (FIRMR), from Title 41--Public Contracts and Property Management. This action is necessary because the Information Technology Management Reform Act of 1996, (Pub. L. 104-106) effectively removes most of the statutory basis for the FIRMR after August 7, 1996.
