This final rule amends the Federal Travel Regulation (FTR) to streamline the review of travel reimbursement claims and to eliminate the requirement for a receipt, regardless of amount, for certain travel expense items. This document will ease the processing of reimbursement claims, thereby reducing agency administrative costs.
