Rules of NCUA Board Procedure; Promulgation of NCUA Rules and Regulations; Public Observation of NCUA Board Meetings

This rule amends NCUA's current regulations on NCUA Board procedure by providing that items will be placed on the Board agenda by determination of the Chairman or at the request of any two Board members. This amendment more clearly defines the authority of the Board members in setting the agenda.
