Channel 248A can be allotted to Hopkinsville in compliance with the Commission's minimum distance separation requirements with a site restriction of 10 kilometers (6.3 miles) south to avoid a short-spacing to the licensed site of Station WHRZ(FM), Channel 249A, Providence, Kentucky.
